Processing Methods
Conventional vacuum cast technology, mould temperature scope is 130℃–150℃, demoulding time is about 10-30min(different as per temperature and volume). After cure at 140℃ and keep warm for 8h.

Special Tips

The effective pot life is about 2-3days(≤25°C). Cleaning mixing bowl each week or cleaning after work.

Pipe with mixture and gauging device must be cooled/cleaned to avoid sedimentation or increased viscosity.

Stopped on weekend, no need to clean pipe.
